  • Developing a comprehensive project brief and ensuring its proper execution;

  • Engaging in negotiations and reaching consensus on complete consultant appointment documents that cover the entire project scope until completion;

  • Formulating an initial project programme and strategic plan to identify critical path items;

  • Drafting and finalizing a detailed design responsibility matrix for the whole project team through careful preparation and negotiation;

  • Assessing the design services performed by consultants;

  • Leading the design team throughout the entire process, assuming the role of an impartial monitor and advisor.

  • Supervising and synchronizing the progress of design development.

  • Assessing and incorporating Building Regulations and planning requirements

  • Delivering monthly reports outlining progress, events, ongoing concerns and potential risks.

  • Organizing, leading, and documenting project meetings as needed.

  • Following up with all parties involved to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Seeking input and guidance from the Client when required.

  • Compiling information and facilitating decision-making to accommodate the Client's preferences.

  • Coordinating and delivering updates on schedules.
