  • Providing a comprehensive Contract Administration service for JCT Contracts, which includes Traditional, Construction Management, and Design & Build contracts.

  • Preparing and reviewing Contract documents.

  • Administering the Building Contract fairly by preparing and issuing all necessary notices, certificates, instructions, and more.

  • Monitoring and documenting the progress of construction works diligently.

  • Acting independently between the Client/Employer and Contractor.

  • Administering the defect liability period (or rectification peiod), including the issuance of Certificates of Making Good Defects.

  • Issuing Interim Certificates and Final Certificate.
